Customisable with names and colours, these place names are perfect for weddings, birthdays or any special occasion. The wood material used will ensure that these place names will be cherished for years to come. Add a personal touch to your event with these personalised wooden place setting names. Depending on the size and length of the name will make the cut out vary in size (the smallest height will be 2.5cm and the longest length is 11cm), each made from 6mm MDF. They will be painted on one side, nearly black on the edges and black on the back. Please double check the spelling as we cannot cancel the order once it has been made due to incorrect spellings. You must include names and colour, and for longer lists, you can message us directly. These are personalised items, therefore unfortunately they are non returnable unless faulty. Please note, personalisation is not applicable for samples. If you have selected the 'sample' option, you will receive a name selected at random in the choice of your font and colour only. If the list is more than about 25 names it is easier for you to message us directly ad then just add the colour to the order personalisation from the chart. Please double check the spelling as we cannot cancel the order once it has been made due to incorrect spellings. If you are looking for something a bit different to the designs we currently have, please get in touch and we would be more than happy to look at creating custom designs. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
