Postage & Packaging

We offer a number of postage options direct through the website. Your order maybe either sent via Royal Mail or if the goods are heavier they may be sent via a courier. If you require express delivery in the UK, Royal Mail do offer a guaranteed next day service, please email us at sales@luckandluck.co.uk and we will advise accordingly.

International

We have reduced the number of countries we send to due to the global pandemic. If you can not select the country you wish please to send to please contact us at sales@luckandluck.co.uk.

Other International Destinations

Please email sales@luckandluck.co.uk with details of what you would like to order and you will be given an price depending on the size & weight.

No Stock Lines

If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to cancel your order if you wish, otherwise goods will be dispatched when they become available.

Delivery Time UK

Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. We make every effort to deliver goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will contact you via email with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.


Delivery Time Europe and Rest of World

Please note international delivery times vary. All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail. They are not a tracked service as standard.

These are the Royal Mail guideline delivery times:

    Europe - 10 to 16 days

    Rest of WorLd -  10 to 28 days (although this can vary depending on customs clearance speeds)

A tracked service is available. This is weight dependent and must be arranged prior ro placing your order by emailing us at sales@luckandluck.co.uk.

Gift Wrap

If you would like your order gift-wrapped with a personal message please email us as sales@luckandluck.co.uk and we will try to fulfil your request. Cost if £2 for gift wrap.

Please allow 2 - 7 days for 1st Class and 3-15 days for 2nd Class delivery especially in busy periods or if there are adverse weather conditions. If you need your order sooner please email us BEFORE placing the order to ensure we can accommodate you.
