Luck and Luck Marketplace Auto – Privacy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Luck and Luck Marketplace Auto is an internal application operated by Luck and Luck to prepare, review and approve marketplace product listings.

Google integration

The Google Ads integration is currently under development and is not yet active. The following describes how information will be handled when it is enabled.

An authorised staff member will connect a Google Ads account through Google’s authorisation process. The application will use the account identifier and authorisation tokens needed to request keyword ideas and historical search-demand estimates. It will not request or store the user’s Google password.

Keyword requests will send keyword phrases and relevant targeting settings, such as country and language, to Google. Returned results will be displayed to staff to support keyword research.

Storage and access

Keyword research results will be stored in Luck and Luck’s Dropbox automation folder and synchronised through Dropbox. Access will be limited to authorised staff and administrators.

Google credentials and authorisation tokens will be stored separately on the application computer, outside Dropbox and product-data backups.

Use of artificial intelligence

Staff-selected keyword phrases may be sent to OpenAI alongside product information to help generate listing drafts. Google account details, authorisation tokens and Google’s returned search-demand metrics will not be sent to OpenAI.

Retention and removal

Keyword results will be retained while needed for product research and review, and may be refreshed or removed when no longer required. Authorised users can request deletion of stored Google-related information by contacting Luck and Luck.

Google access can be revoked through the connected user’s Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future authorised requests but does not automatically delete previously saved results. Copies held in backups may remain until those backups expire.
